Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling for spa treatments and services efficiently using booking software.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle walk-in inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process payments for services and retail products accurately and securely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area, waiting lounge, and retail display.
- Provide guests with information about spa services, promotions, and retail products.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures for the spa reception.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues or escalate them to management as needed.
- Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and offer refreshments to guests as part of the spa experience.
- Collaborate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
