Key Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive range of massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Reflexology) and body treatments.
- Conduct detailed client consultations to identify individual needs, preferences, and any contraindications.
- Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans to enhance client well-being and satisfaction.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness, organization, and a tranquil ambiance within the treatment rooms and spa area.
- Ensure all spa equipment and tools are properly sterilized, maintained, and in excellent working condition.
- Educate clients on product benefits, home care rituals, and lifestyle adjustments for sustained wellness.
- Manage appointment bookings efficiently and handle client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Adhere strictly to all spa policies, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Actively participate in ongoing professional development and training programs to expand skills and knowledge.
- Contribute positively to a supportive team environment, fostering collaboration and mutual respect.
- Monitor and replenish treatment room supplies to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills
- Certified qualification in Massage Therapy or Spa Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Spa Therapist in a professional setting.
- Expertise in various massage modalities and body treatments.
- Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Profound understanding of anatomy, physiology, and client contraindications.
- Proven ability to create a relaxing, therapeutic, and professional environment.
