Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to individuals with special needs in various settings (e.g., educational, residential, community).
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal times, and mobility, as required.
  • Facilitate positive social interactions and participation in group activities.
  • Support individuals in their learning and development through adaptive techniques and encouragement.
  • Help implement individualized care plans under the guidance of supervisors and professionals.
  • Observe and report changes in behavior, mood, or physical condition to senior staff.
