This is a unique opportunity for individuals with little to no prior experience to step into a deeply rewarding sector, providing essential support and companionship to individuals with diverse needs in Richmond upon Thames, London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with special needs, following established care plans.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and feeding, ensuring dignity and respect.
  • Support clients in engaging with educational, social, and recreational activities, both within the home and in the community.
  • Promote independence and develop life skills tailored to each client's unique abilities and goals.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for clients.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and meticulously record observations and activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals, reporting any changes in health or behaviour promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
