Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision and coordination of care staff during shifts, ensuring optimal service delivery.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of individualised care plans for clients.
- Conduct initial client assessments under guidance and contribute to care plan reviews.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to new care assistants, fostering a supportive team environment.
