Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate and client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Manage and maintain accurate candidate and client records within our CRM system.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare and distribute essential documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and informational packets.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior coordinators and consultants to streamline operational workflows.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team as needed, ensuring office efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
