Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing various sponsorship application packages and supporting documents.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with established guidelines, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for efficient retrieval, storage, and archival of sensitive documents.
  • Perform precise data entry tasks to update and manage applicant and sponsorship information in relevant databases and tracking systems.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal teams to gather necessary information and follow up on pending documents or outstanding items.
  • Assist in tracking the status of applications, renewals, and other documentation processes, preparing regular status reports for team leads.
  • Proactively identify and report any discrepancies, missing information, or potential issues in documentation promptly to supervisors.
  • Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols and data protection regulations when handling all sensitive personal and organizational data.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and other office tasks as needed.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of documentation processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
