Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new sponsorship opportunities aligning with company objectives.
  • Develop tailored sponsorship proposals and presentations that effectively communicate value to potential partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements, ensuring all terms are mutually beneficial and compliant.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sponsors and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, events, and project teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of sponsor benefits.
  • Monitor, track, and report on sponsorship performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to inform strategy.
  • Manage sponsorship budgets and associated financial processes efficiently.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in sponsorship sales, partnership management, or business development.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
