Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of all sports facilities, including gyms, courts, pools, and changing rooms.
- Set up and dismantle equipment for various sports activities and events.
- Monitor facility usage to ensure compliance with rules and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management of sports equipment and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service to facility users, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of facility usage and attendance.
- Support event coordination by preparing venues and assisting with crowd control.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with light administrative duties as needed by the Sports Department.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift moderately heavy equipment.

- Basic understanding of safety procedures.
