Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist passengers and visitors with inquiries, directions, and service information.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the station area, including waiting zones and common facilities.
  • Monitor station activities and report any unusual occurrences, safety hazards, or maintenance needs.
  • Provide basic administrative support, including handling forms, logging incidents, and managing information kiosks.
  • Assist with crowd control and ensure orderly flow during peak hours or special events.
  • Operate communication systems to make announcements as required.
  • Handle lost and found items according to established procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other operational staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
