Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise for accuracy and quality.
- Efficiently replenish shelves, display areas, and storage locations to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Organize and maintain a clean and tidy stockroom and sales floor, adhering to company standards.
- Rotate stock to ensure proper product freshness and minimize waste, following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and stock reconciliations.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages of goods.
- Operate basic equipment such as pallet jacks or trolleys safely (training provided).
- Adhere to all health, safety, and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
