Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service.
  • Help customers locate products, answer basic inquiries, and direct them to appropriate team members for complex issues.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
  • Replenish shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new inventory shipments.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system (training provided).
  • Support store management with various operational tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals and maintain a positive work environment.
