Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, and issue receipts.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining store appearance during downtime.
- Verify pricing, product codes, and promotions for accuracy.
- Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures regarding transactions and customer service.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
