Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product location, and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised store environment, including shelving, displays, and checkout areas.
- Receive, unpack, and replenish stock, ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed according to merchandising guidelines.
- Actively promote current store offers, loyalty programs, and new products to customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks, reporting discrepancies, and preventing stock loss.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for colleagues and customers.
