From the moment new shipments arrive, you’ll be on the front lines, meticulously checking deliveries against purchase orders, identifying any discrepancies, and ensuring items are correctly entered into our inventory system. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory shipments, verifying contents against packing lists and purchase orders.
  • Accurately record new stock into the inventory management system and label items for identification.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom and storage areas, ensuring efficient use of space and easy access to products.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts (cycle counts and annual counts) to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.
  • Identify and report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or quality control issues to management.
  • Assist with stock rotation, ensuring older items are moved first to minimize waste and maximize freshness/shelf life.
  • Prepare items for transfer, return to vendor, or outbound shipments as required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Provide support to the sales team by locating and retrieving products from the stockroom.
  • Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures related to inventory control and store operations.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
