Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, cash handling, and daily reporting.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales, increase foot traffic, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
