Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, and process incoming merchandise deliveries accurately and efficiently.
  • Replenish sales floor with products from backroom inventory, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and tidy.
  • Rotate stock based on expiry dates and product freshness guidelines (FIFO principle).
  • Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom, reporting discrepancies.
  • Assist with inventory counts and contribute to maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring cleanliness, order, and accessibility.
  • Assist with setting up promotional displays and ensuring products are correctly priced and merchandised.
  • Identify and report damaged, expired, or misplaced items.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines during handling and movement of merchandise.
  • Collaborate with sales associates to understand replenishment needs and priorities.
  • Provide excellent internal support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
