Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and process incoming merchandise deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish sales floor with products from backroom inventory, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and tidy.
- Rotate stock based on expiry dates and product freshness guidelines (FIFO principle).
- Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom, reporting discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory counts and contribute to maintaining accurate stock records.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring cleanliness, order, and accessibility.
- Assist with setting up promotional displays and ensuring products are correctly priced and merchandised.
- Identify and report damaged, expired, or misplaced items.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines during handling and movement of merchandise.
- Collaborate with sales associates to understand replenishment needs and priorities.
- Provide excellent internal support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
