Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the stockroom and backroom areas.
- Replenish shelves, displays, and promotional areas on the sales floor with new stock in a timely manner.
- Ensure products are correctly priced, labeled, and faced according to company standards.
- Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and communicate inventory needs to management.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation as required.
- Handle merchandise with care to prevent damage or loss.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Support the sales team by ensuring products are readily available for customers.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 25 kg regularly
