Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting customers promptly and courteously upon entry.
  • Maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Assisting with inventory tasks including receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing products.
  • Supporting sales associates with product information, price checks, and customer inquiries.
  • Operating Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions, returns, and exchanges when required.
  • Ensuring product displays are appealing, well-stocked, and accurately priced.
  • Learning about new products, promotions, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
