Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers to the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Assist customers by answering questions, providing product information, and directing them to desired items.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, displays, and fitting rooms.
  • Support sales associates by ensuring products are well-stocked, neatly arranged, and properly priced.
  • Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving shipments, unboxing, labeling, and organizing stockroom items.
  • Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems for accurate transaction processing, including cash, card, and mobile payments.
  • Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Help resolve minor customer inquiries or escalate complex issues to appropriate staff members.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and management.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required Skills
