Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide initial assistance, guiding them to relevant products or departments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organized appearance of the sales floor, shelving, and product displays.
- Assist the sales team with product demonstrations, stocking shelves, and ensuring merchandise is correctly priced.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide basic product information, and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, performing stock counts, and organizing storage areas.
- Support promotional activities and merchandising efforts to enhance sales and customer engagement.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
