Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide initial assistance, guiding them to relevant products or departments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organized appearance of the sales floor, shelving, and product displays.
  • Assist the sales team with product demonstrations, stocking shelves, and ensuring merchandise is correctly priced.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide basic product information, and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, performing stock counts, and organizing storage areas.
  • Support promotional activities and merchandising efforts to enhance sales and customer engagement.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
  • Continuously learn about new products, services, and industry trends to better assist customers.
