Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
  • Assist the Store Manager in comprehensive inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and precise stocking of merchandise.
  • Oversee product display and merchandising strategies to ensure attractive, organized, and impactful store presentation.
  • Train, mentor, motivate, and manage store staff, fostering a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service are consistently met and maintained by all team members.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently, striving for swift and satisfactory resolutions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a retail supervisory or team leader role.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, email).
