Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Support and guide sales associates, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by actively engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in merchandise display, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
  • Learn and apply operational policies and procedures to maintain efficient store flow and compliance.
  • Handle cash transactions, manage till reconciliation, and process returns/exchanges accurately.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training new employees, and providing performance feedback under management supervision.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and contribute ideas to enhance store performance.
  • Help enforce store safety and security procedures.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role (at least 6 months is preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
