Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail staff within a designated department or section.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt resolution of inquiries or complaints.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock counts, and ensure efficient stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize availability.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and products are attractively displayed.
- Assist in the training and development of new and existing employees, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and analyzing performance data.
- Handle cash management duties, including opening and closing tills and ensuring accurate reconciliation.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, staff performance, and inventory levels.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising principles
