Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, particularly in retail control and loss prevention.
- Manage and mentor a team of retail associates, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, stocking, transfers, cycle counts, and reconciliation, to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Implement and monitor loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage, including conducting regular audits, surveillance, and addressing discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security standards, and report any potential risks or incidents promptly.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including daily reconciliations, deposits, and safeguarding assets.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards, resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, cost control, and profitability.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement new retail strategies, promotions, and operational enhancements.

Required Skills
