Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to lead our vibrant retail outlet team in Pomona, California. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily retail operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Coach, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist the Store Manager in managing inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Ensure the store maintains impeccable visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and efficiency, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
- Process sales transactions accurately, manage cash handling procedures, and ensure POS system functionality.
- Open and close the store according to established protocols, including cash reconciliation and security procedures.
- Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and assist in performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance customer experience and sales.
- Uphold all health, safety, and security standards within the retail environment.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or lead role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
