Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily patrols of designated areas, including streets, parks, and public spaces, to identify and address environmental issues.
- Perform litter picking, manual sweeping, and general waste collection to ensure cleanliness.
- Empty public litter bins and manage waste appropriately.
- Report instances of graffiti, fly-tipping, damaged street furniture, and other environmental concerns to relevant departments.
- Engage courteously and professionally with members of the public, answering queries or directing them to appropriate services.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Operate basic cleansing equipment safely and efficiently after receiving appropriate training.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a high standard of public amenity.
- Assist with seasonal tasks or special clean-up operations as required.
