Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the studio's daily administrative operations, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception.
  • Coordinate studio schedules, meetings, and appointments, managing room bookings and ensuring timely setup.
  • Monitor and manage office and studio supply inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure continuous availability.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation for various projects.
  • Organise and coordinate internal studio events, workshops, and team gatherings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Ensure the studio environment is tidy, organised, and conducive to creative work.
  • Support basic financial administration tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to senior management and creative teams as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a studio or creative environment (minimum 1 year).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
