Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers and art directors with day-to-day creative tasks, including image retouching, file management, and presentation preparation.
- Support the creation of visual assets for various digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Conduct research on design trends, competitor analysis, and visual inspiration to inform creative concepts.
- Organise and maintain the studio's asset library, ensuring all files are correctly categorised and easily accessible.
- Help prepare and set up for photoshoots and video productions, including managing props and equipment.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering fresh perspectives and creative input.
- Perform administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the studio.
- Learn and adhere to project timelines, delivering tasks efficiently and accurately under supervision.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills, even if from academic projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
