Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of studio spaces, common areas, and restrooms to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness.
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing small fixtures, and basic plumbing adjustments.
- Assist with equipment setup and breakdown for various studio productions and events, ensuring all items are handled with care.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance materials, reporting needs for replenishment to the Facilities Manager.
- Support waste management and recycling efforts, ensuring proper disposal and organization.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Report any major maintenance issues, potential hazards, or necessary repairs to senior staff promptly.
- Maintain organized storage areas for tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Provide general assistance and support to studio staff as needed for operational tasks.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to learn more.
