As our Studio Manager, you will be the central hub, connecting various departments and ensuring projects flow smoothly from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, including procurement and maintenance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal team members, external vendors, and facility management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal company events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
- Implement and refine administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Support HR and leadership with administrative tasks, reporting, and project coordination.
- Manage studio budgets related to supplies, utilities, and general upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an administrative, office management, or studio management role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
