As the Studio Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our studio facilities, resources, and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage studio resources, including equipment, supplies, and physical space, to meet operational demands.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient operational policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Coordinate with project managers and creative teams to ensure resource availability and project timelines are met.
  • Manage operational budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance (health & safety regulations).
  • Onboard new team members, providing an introduction to studio operations and procedures.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for studio equipment, software, and services.
  • Implement and manage studio software and tools, ensuring team proficiency and optimal usage.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on studio efficiency and operational health.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within a creative or studio environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive work culture.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and office suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of staff and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control operational costs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with facility management and health and safety compliance.
  • Knowledge of creative software and workflows (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
