Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain studio recording equipment, including microphones, preamps, consoles, and digital audio workstations (DAWs).
- Engineer recording sessions for various clients, ensuring optimal sound capture and adherence to artistic vision.
- Mix and master audio tracks to industry standards, delivering high-quality, polished final products.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with studio equipment and software efficiently.
- Collaborate with artists, producers, and project managers to understand and execute project requirements.
- Manage and organize project files, session data, and backups.
- Provide creative input and technical guidance during production to enhance audio quality.
- Stay updated with the latest audio technologies, techniques, and industry trends.
- Assist with studio setup, breakdown, and general maintenance to ensure a clean and functional workspace.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with industry-standard DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Ableton Live).
