Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the studio booking calendar, processing all reservation requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, HR, Training) to understand session requirements and ensure all resources are available.
- Prepare studio space, including setting up cameras, microphones, lighting, and other audio-visual equipment as per session needs.
- Provide on-site technical support during recording sessions, live streams, and virtual events, addressing minor issues promptly.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of audio, video, and computer hardware/software to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of studio equipment, reporting any malfunctions, damage, or missing items.
- Ensure the studio environment is clean, organized, and presentable before and after each session.
- Assist with post-session breakdown and proper storage of equipment.
- Orient new users to studio policies, procedures, and basic equipment operation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of studio processes and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
