Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products, answering inquiries, and providing product information.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including shelving, displays, and checkout areas.
- Restock shelves, ensuring products are well-arranged, priced correctly, and rotated to minimize waste.
- Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate complex problems to management when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the store.
- Assist with promotional activities, special sales, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management to support overall store operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
