Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all customers and proactively assist them with their shopping needs, including efficiently locating products throughout the store.
  • Skillfully stock and merchandise shelves, ensuring proper product rotation, clear pricing, and attractive display of all items.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across all aisles, display areas, and checkout counters.
  • Operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer purchases.
  • Accurately handle cash and card transactions, providing correct change and processing electronic payments.
  • Proactively monitor inventory levels on shelves and communicate low stock items to supervisors in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the orderly receiving, unpacking, and storage of new product shipments.
  • Ensure all products are priced accurately and clearly labeled according to store standards.
  • Professionally address customer inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex complaints to management when necessary.
  • Strictly adhere to all established store policies and procedures, including comprehensive health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
