Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product location, inquiries, and checkout processes.
- Efficiently stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure proper merchandising standards are maintained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including aisles, display areas, and backstock rooms.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and manage returns/exchanges.
