Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and carefully bag groceries for customers, separating items as requested (e.g., hot/cold, fragile items).
- Assist customers with carrying groceries to their vehicles when necessary.
- Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot and ensure they are available for customer use.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes, bagging stations, and customer service areas.
- Offer friendly and helpful service, engaging with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Support cashiers by ensuring bagging areas are stocked with bags and other necessary supplies.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with other store duties as assigned by management, such as tidying shelves or assisting with spills.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
