Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions using POS systems, including cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, positive shopping experience from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer counts and reconcile daily transactions.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and resolving minor issues with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
- Scan items, apply discounts, and handle returns/exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Keep checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Promote store loyalty programs and special offers to customers.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service.
- Be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to handle cash and manage financial transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Basic mathematical skills for calculating totals and giving change.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
