Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments, ensuring correct change is given.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, product location, and general shopping needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked checkout area.
- Scan items, bag groceries, and assist customers with packing as needed.
- Adhere to all cash handling and store policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer flow.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming store atmosphere.
