Key Responsibilities

- Assist with receiving and organizing new stock deliveries.
- Ensure the sales floor, shelves, and checkout areas are clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints politely, and provide information about products and promotions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and seasonal products to customers.
- Handle product returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
