Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and unload deliveries, verifying accuracy against invoices.
  • Efficiently unpack merchandise and organize it in storage areas.
  • Replenish shelves, displays, and chillers according to planograms and merchandising standards.
  • Rotate stock to ensure fresh products are always available and older items are sold first.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock items to management.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe sales floor and stockroom.
  • Remove damaged or expired products from shelves.
  • Assist customers with product location or direct them to relevant staff members.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Required Skills

  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 20 kg).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
