Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to supply chain operations, including inventory, logistics, procurement, and demand planning.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
  • Identify data integrity issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information.
  • Support the supply chain team with ad-hoc analytical requests and provide data-driven insights to assist in strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain models and optimization tools.
  • Monitor supply chain performance against targets, identifying variances and root causes.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., operations, finance, IT) to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and data sources to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain and analytics functions.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data visualization).
  • Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain principles (e.g., inventory management, logistics, demand planning).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
