Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead our critical logistics and supply chain operations. As an Experienced Professional, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement and inventory management to distribution and last-mile delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure best value and service.
- Utilize data analytics and supply chain software to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain effectiveness and report on performance.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in supply chain management roles.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex supply chain strategies.
- Proficiency in supply chain planning and execution software (e.g., ERP, WMS, advanced planning systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for data-driven decision making.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.

Preferred Qualifications
