Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments.
- Monitor and track the status of orders and deliveries, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all scheduling activities, including delivery dates, quantities, and supplier communications.
- Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation, such as purchase orders, invoices, and waybills.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse teams, store managers, and transport providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Generate regular reports on scheduling performance, delivery metrics, and inventory levels.
- Assist in the optimization of delivery routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Respond to inquiries and provide updates on shipment statuses to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain department.
