Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with inventory counts, stock checks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Support warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, packing, and dispatching goods.
  • Help prepare shipping documentation and labels, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Conduct basic data entry related to shipments, orders, and stock movements.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and storage areas.
  • Provide general administrative support to the supply chain team as needed.
  • Liaise with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication regarding stock levels and delivery schedules.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain process.

Required Skills

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite, especially Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 15kg
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative support role

  • Currently pursuing or holding a diploma/certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Ability to operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack) with training
