Key Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory counts, stock checks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Help prepare shipping documentation and labels, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Conduct basic data entry related to shipments, orders, and stock movements.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and storage areas.
- Provide general administrative support to the supply chain team as needed.
- Liaise with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication regarding stock levels and delivery schedules.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain process.
Required Skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite, especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 15kg
