Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track the movement of goods across the supply chain, from suppliers to customers, utilizing various logistics software and systems.
  • Proactively identify and address potential delays, disruptions, or issues in the supply chain, implementing effective solutions to minimize impact.
  • Communicate real-time shipment status, estimated delivery times, and any relevant updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange and problem resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all tracking activities, delivery schedules, and inventory movements.
  • Generate regular reports on supply chain performance, identifying trends and recommending areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the optimization of logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service delivery.
  • Verify customs documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations for inbound and outbound freight.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tracking systems (e.g., ERP, TMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
