Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and optimization of daily supply routes within Changara and surrounding areas.
  • Prepare and organize dispatch documentation, including manifests, delivery notes, and other essential paperwork.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against manifest details to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  • Coordinate effectively with drivers, providing them with necessary route information, special instructions, and logistical support.
  • Track and monitor delivery progress, providing updates to relevant stakeholders and proactively addressing potential delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, returns, and inventory movements using designated systems.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with warehouse staff, transport teams, and management regarding route status and issues.
  • Identify and report any logistical challenges, route inefficiencies, or potential improvements to the supply chain manager.
  • Assist with basic inventory management tasks as needed, ensuring proper storage and organization of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during logistical operations.

  • Ability to speak local languages in addition to English (e.g., Sena, Nyungwe)
  • Valid driver's license (Class B or equivalent)
