- Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any significant changes or concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with errands, appointments, and social outings to promote community engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, observations, and incidents.
