Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with daily living activities (ADLs) including personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding.
- Administer medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to dietary restrictions.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and tidy living environment.
- Offer companionship, engage in meaningful conversations, and participate in recreational activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health, behavior, or well-being to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of care provided.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for the client at all times.
- Promote client independence and dignity in all aspects of care.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a caregiver or support worker
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
